My Service seems slow or is not working: There are a few possible causes for this. Usually a simple Reboot of the Router. Do not RESET the Router becasue this will destroy any configuration that was done during install. If this does not correct the issues or for only a few moments then it could be possible that the connection has been exhausted due to too many devices being connected and may require an upgrade in service. Another possible reason is extreme weather conditions such as ice or very heavy rain and wind. If your installed on the edges of our coverage pattern these conditions could have an affect on the service. When more coverage becomes available this will not be an issue.
